Now the funds can take 10 days to hit the account. As a consumer this is ridiculous and will NEVER EVER shop at this Hallmark store again!! NEVER."
"Never buy anything here during the Christmas season they will not refund it and they will not give an in-store credit. While this policy is posted it's not emphasized and the clerk that rang me up made it sound easy to return my item when in fact it's impossible. Most of the things you can find online for cheaper save yourself the headache at least during the Christmas season"
