"Worst experience I've ever had. I had contacted them well over a month to have my flowers for my wedding. The day before I contacted them for address and hours so I could pick them up. I received a message that she was on lunch and would get back to me after her break. Never heard back. Day that I was supposed to pick up flowers, I got the beat around. I get it was raining but I was lied to that the flowers I had ordered she didn't even have. I was left with 2 hours to find someone else to get my flowers from. I got no apology no nothing. The lack of any communication was extremely frustrating. As a small business owner myself, communication is key with your clients. Will NEVER use her again."
