All she did is offered to sell me product. When I asked to talk to the people from Heather Lane Pottery, she told me no & then stated they do not do that kind of work. Considering the size of change & significance of item, more help should have been offered. You only got oneYou only got one starYou only got 1-star because the inside of the store so nice."
