"It's a shame that they called their own product junk. Posting for my son. He purchased an engagement ring set and it didn't work out. He brought them in for a trade and weeks later was finally told they were worthless and they don't want them back. He was told to sell them out right. But there is something to be said about a place that calls their own product junk or worthless and doesn't want it back.They said it was not even worth $200 he paid over a $1000 for them. It's something how in today's day and age people still judge this young man on his appearance. Little did they know he was willing to spend a lot more as a gift to himself on a necklace he had been looking at as to remind himself never to lose himself again. But this place reminds us how badly people do business when they think you don't know any better. Lesson learned do better people... don't trust this place with your jewelry. And apparently you better look the part. And BTW we know he'll never get what he paid. Wasn't expecting even half but as it appears they don't want future business either. If your making a purchase they will be nice but don't mistake that for good business sense they won't take careful considerations of returning business or returning clients just new business that makes for a bad business."
