"This place sucks and I'm never to return"

"I am a little confused by the reviews I've read. I had a very exceptional experience here. I am moving and do not have time for a garage sale and have several items that I wanted to sell. A friend recommended this store so, I headed out there. t This is not the type of store I am very familiar with at all. The young lady working there looked over the items that I had, told me what they had overly much of and couldn't use at this time, what she could take, and the items that were left, she recommended places for me to go to sell them or online to sell them myself which is ultimately what I did with the items that were left over. How many times in today's day and age do we pull into speedway, taco bell, and find that they're closed during their posted open hours? It happens all the time because help is hard to find in today's day and age. I sometimes feel that the reviews out here are from people that had a bad day. From somebody that does not go in and out of pawn shops at all, I was very comfortable inside this store, and the young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful to me."

"I walked in, dressed nice and well groomed. I spent 5 or so minutes in the store/pawn shop, passed the guy staring at a computer screen behind the counter twice(probably hoping he'd catch a theif) ...he never said a word or made eye contact. Not friendly and not a place I'd spend my money. With today's consumer being connected, you'd think a business would give more thought to critical reviews and change its customer service practices so shoppers spend money, return to shop and pass on to friends via word of mouth. Apparently this place doesn't value customers. I won't return"

"Terrible experience. Phoned ahead of time to be sure they were interested in my items. showed up ~30 mins later, "I'm not sure who told you we wanted home audio, but we definitely don't" phoned ahead specifically to make sure i wouldnt just be wasting time and gas to get there. turned me away without even a lowball offer."
