I called with a couple questions, I was only able to ask one of the questions before being hung up on! I tried calling back, picked up phone and then hung up immediately, I tried one more time and it went to a fax machine! I will gladly never go there again! Being a small business owner myself, I like to support others! But not this jerk! No way!!! Purely astonishing the level of rudeness! I’ll be sure to pass my experience with wills jewelry along! "I called to get a price on replacing a watch battery because of all the good reviews about good prices and service. The guy who answered the phone was pretty rude. I seriously only asked for a price...nothing more. If you want new customers, you should at least try to be somewhat polite on the phone and not treat people like they're bothering you. I'll just go back to J.R. Fox...they have good prices AND they're nice!!"

"Locally owned, fabulous service. Bought our wedding bands here, had them engraved, then they found and ordered a replacement 8 years later after husb. lost his. Not much in the display cases any more, but will listen, help you look through catalogues, and order anything you want."
