Sandy does not return emails or phone calls in timely manner. 2. Sandy misplaces documentation sent to her via email. 3. The entire process is paper. No digital options. 4. Does not conduct a thorough investigation to lower taxes. The bottom line, we saved $3K by using H&R block. What does that tell you?"
