"His caring for YOUR neighbors is a big fat 0. Plowing his customers snow all up on your lawn and just leaves it. Also a pile that stretches out 5 feet wide 2 feet tall into the street after the city plowed the street clean in front of your house. When confronted he acts like what ever I don't care. Bad management skills."

He gave us excellent advice on what needed to be done and what could wait. He was on-time every time and his helper was excellent and very friendly and courteous. Every To Do was done better than I expected. John even went shopping with me when I needed help figuring out the best window treatments to get at Home Depot. He was awesome and I have referred him to friends and neighbors several times."
