The Fabulous Mr Fix It

"I have used The Fabulous Mr Fix It for years and many projects, they always exceed my expectations. My latest "project" was out of their norm; my recliner chair stopped reclining. The store where I purchased it just said the manufacturer was out of business, he only had one technician and clearly was not interested in helping. Called Mr Fix It, spoke to Gail, she verified they'd be willing to give it a try. The technician, Herb, determined it was the motor. Gail put in many attempts to locate the same motor, which originated in Italy, and between the two of us, we did finally find and receive a replacement. Christian came out, replaced the assembly and figured out the bluetooth remote (which mine did not previously have) and it works perfectly. All of the employees from Mr Fix It are always prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous-in my opinion, they go above and beyond! I am so very grateful they were willing to take this on, will call on them for all my projects in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"I scheduled The Fabulous Mr. Fix It to come to my house while my kids were at school to have them assemble a triple bunk bed for my girls. It was a surprise so I needed it done before they got home from school. Rodney showed up early and worked all day to make the surprise a success! Josh also helped with the assembly, both guys were polite, kind and hard working! The bunk beds are sturdy and my girls love them! I highly recommend!"
