"Unfortunately I'd advise against having a solarium installed by this company. We had a disappointing experience and I tried to reach out for clarification, communication, and service countless times throughout the whole process with very little response. Any response I did get was weeks later. I was very understanding of pandemic staffing, and personal issues of the employees. As a physical labor worker myself, I highly value the trades and willing to accept delays but cannot imagine not communicating them thoroughly to a customer. I was not present during the install and when I got home there was a piece that had been left leaning against my house, and I called to ask if they were coming back to finish they said yes but never came. Fast forward to the present, less than 1.5yrs later, there is water pooling and then dripping from the ridge above the door of the solarium indicating a leak. I woke up to a puddle on the floor. I've used 4 different approaches to contact someone for service to no avail. At one point when asking for payment, the employee used a phrase like "We rely on word of mouth so of course we want you to have a good experience and not feel the need to leave a poor review" - then went on the ignore me once payment was rendered. So here is the poor review they had hoped to avoid."

From an informative quote session, followed up by timely communication and drawing reviews, Q&A, to a crew that did good work - I could not ask for more. The enclosed patio is well built and glad we had this done and done right the 1st time."

Mike's easy, friendly, yet professional demeanor instantly put me at ease with the whole process. He provided a variety of options for the room w/the ability to upgrade down the road, samples of the high-quality products, a 3D rendering of the proposed screened room and a comprehensive and straightforward quote for the project. Although, I'm not able to move forward with the job right now, I will reach out to Patio Enclosures and Mike when I am ready to take the next step. I'm quite pleased and impressed with the level of professionalism and helpfulness I experienced with Mike as well as Patio Enclosures."

"I can not speak highly enough of this company. From the beginning they have kept in touch, kept doing the work until the job was done and did a fantastic job. These days you can't get anyone to finish the job. This company is quite the opposite. My only disappointment is that they don't do all the other jobs I have waiting. "Start to finish my patio enclosure went smoothly. My space was truly custom and the finish product was exactly what I requested. The professionalism and expertise of the installer was refreshing. Communication with the front office was very good as well. They kept me updated and followed up in a timely manner. For me, installation came weeks before what was estimated at contract signing. In fact, I had to request they hold on the installation because I wasn't ready just yet. It was a very good experience for me, especially because I did not have any surprises thrown at me during the process. Comparing to my previous house enclosure (similar concept), the quality of their product and workmanship is superior, more sturdy looking, etc. I highly recommend."
