"I have been a loyal customer of Legacy Icons for quite some time now, and I have always been satisfied with their products and services. However, I am disappointed with the recent communication issues I have encountered. In the past, reaching out to the company via email has been a reliable method of contact. Unfortunately, my recent attempts to reach them have gone unanswered. It is frustrating that they do not accept phone calls, leaving me with limited options to resolve my concerns. I am particularly concerned about the security of my personal information. I recall that Legacy Icons had a billing system issue a few months ago, which raises questions about the overall security of their website. I sincerely hope that my information has not been compromised due to any vulnerabilities on their end. The main issue I am facing is related to the monthly gift of incense subscription for clergy that I purchased. It seems that the recipients are not receiving the deliveries as expected. This lack of communication and delivery failure is causing a great deal of frustration and disappointment. All I am asking for is open and transparent communication from Legacy Icons. I believe that this situation can be resolved if we can establish a dialogue. I understand that issues arise from time to time, but it is crucial for a company to address them promptly and effectively. I hope that Legacy Icons will take this feedback seriously and prioritize improving their communication channels. As a loyal customer, I want to continue supporting their business, but clear and reliable communication is essential for maintaining a positive customer experience.
