"I have been a customer of Jim's for about 20 years. I was always happy. Since he sold it to Seth I cannot say the same. Phone calls and emails have not been returned timely if at all. When I told Seth that this was unacceptable, he told me that he was not going to apologize for taking a vacation. I told him he did not need to. He could simply put an out of office message on his phone and email. He told me I was not going to tell him how to run his business. Now he has not finished my taxes and wants to charge me for the work done and not give me the work product he has done so far. I would stay as far away from them as possible. Jim I am sorry he is ruining the great reputation you built over many years."
"Two years in a row took very long to process taxes. This year is was over 2 months. Lack of communication, hard to reach, and given inaccurate information about filing close to the deadline. An extension was filed when tax information was originally handed in mid February. Then was extremely disrespectful to my wife when discussing our concerns, even went as far to swear at her. I urge others not to support a firm that conducts themselves in this manner."

"Won't be back. I walked in today, 4 weeks before taxes are due and having just received a tax form in the mail. I introduced myself as a new client and was met with an unfriendly receptionist. Instead of a smile and a warm welcome as a new customer, I got a deer in the headlights look. She walked over to an office, consulted with someone, then told me they would very likely have to file an extension. No apologies, or come back again. She seemed relieved not to be bothered with my business."
