"Used the company throughout the last 10 years, because they always did a thorough job and practiced excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the last service call we recently had will literally be our last. A woman from the company called for the follow up with my wife. My wife explained that a spot was left. My wife ended up being connected to the fellow that did the cleaning who basically stated that "whenever" they are in our area they would address the issue with the spot in the carpet. He stated that they are hardly in our area. I thought the whole point of a follow up call was to actually follow up. We didn't expect they would be so unprofessional based on our past experiences with them. I guess they no longer practice the same professionalism and customer care that they once did."
