"I am SO disappointed with the 2 rugs I had cleaned. I paid $339 to have a 5X7 and an 8x10 rug cleaned and they pretty much look worse than they did when I brought them in. I paid for extras like the Protasil and Odor package because I have pets and the employee recommended it, and I was fine with that. It looks like someone started cleaning them, got all the dirt pushed to one end and then decided to quit. I made it VERY clear that if there were stains that required anything extra, just let me know and I would pay extra charges if they needed it. I was told they should be able to get them clean no problem. I did not contact them about this because the truth is, I took the rugs in when we started building an addition on our house in January. I picked them up in February and kept them rolled up until the new floors went in. So I didn't notice how bad they were until April, when I actually unrolled and looked at them. I should have opened them in the store, and that is definitely a lesson learned on my part, instead of trusting the guy that loaded them in the car and told me they were all clean and didn't need any additional stain removal or anything. I will NEVER use Hagopian again. My mom recommended them after they did her rugs and when she saw mine she agreed that she will never use them again either. If anyone ever asks me, I'll be telling them about my experience with Hagopian and telling them where NOT to go. Feel free to look at my Google Reviews. I'm not someone who generally leaves bad reviews, but this was just too disappointing."

"Took in 3 rugs that a pet with health issues had stained. 1 was hand tied wool from India. Wasn't sure if they could save that one, but when they were done, all 3 look like new. Appreciate the staff and professionalism of everyone especially the store in Utica that took them in. Will never go elsewhere."
