Randy and son Jeremy are available at a moments notice for emergencies and schedule within days, otherwise! Randy and Jeremy work from the sweat of the brow, with a great sense of humor, to get the job done! Their secret is hard work through deep cleaning and scrubbing thereby odor removal, replaced by freshness and visibly cleaner carpet! Randy will work hard to get any stain out... and has even given me suggestions on how to take stains out myself. I have called many times for emergencies and have gotten either same day or next day service. His prices have been more than fair and have even gotten discounts for referring people and being a long time customer. I have used other companies in the past but not since I have found Aglow carpet cleaning I would never switch... he is the owner and he does the cleaning... can't get better service...!"
