"I've been coming here for four years, never had a problem. Recently took a coffee stained winter scarf there. Showed him the stain and trusted it would be cleaned when I picked it up. Never looked at the scarf when I picked it up & paid for it because I trust them. However when I got home and looked at the scarf it still had the coffee stain on it. Went back to ask about this and was hoping they would offer a refund since it wasn't cleaned. No luck, just told they couldn't clean it. Took the scarf a mile down Square Lake to another dry cleaner and they cleaned the scarf. They also tested a portion of the scarf to make sure they could clean it before agreeing to clean my scarf! I will be going to this dry cleaner from now on."
