"Never received an estimate after Cecil came out to look at the job. I called and texted multiple times only to be told that he he forgot or had no recollection of what I was expecting."

"Called the company at 10:35 am on 6/19/20. A gentleman picked up and I explained the situation about my door jam. The gentleman told me to text him at the number I called with my name, address, and said to put rotten door jams in the text message, he also told me he would call back later that day. Never heard back from the company the whole day. Texted the gentleman back and told him forget it, I'll got with someone else. Not a very good first impression, I can see why the google reviews are 2.6 for the business."

"A disappointment. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Timing and communication are poor. Does not set clear expectations. I called Cecil to ask for help with one thing: patching larges holes in our drywall. He said he'd be there in the afternoon. He never showed and never let us know he wasn't coming. I reached out again the following week and he said he happened to be in town so he could be there in 10 minutes. He looked at the drywall and said he'd get back to me. I said, oh, could you look at our roof, too? I think there might be a couple areas that need shingles replaced and maybe boards, too. He said he'd have to come back with one of his "guys." I never heard from him again. I reached out and asked if he was going to give me a quote for the drywall—the reason he came over in the first place. Then, later, I get a phone call from Cecil saying that he happens to be in town and can be there in 30 minutes to look at the roof. So, he has his "guy" jumping on my roof to show me how the boards are warped. The guy is literally hopping up and down on my roof like it's a trampoline and says "I can hear the shingles cracking under my feet!" I asked him to stop. Then, Cecil said he'd get back to me. A week later, I had heard nothing from him. So, I called a roofing company and had them look at my roof, my attic, and gave me a quote the next day. Exactly two weeks later I get a text message (not a quote, a text message) from Cecil saying: #1 wall repair will be x dollars, #2 roof will be x dollars. So I replied to the text saying "Hi, Cecil. Let's move forward with the drywall. We have already engaged a company for the roof. Thank you, again." He replied, "You will need to have someone else help you." We did, thank God."

"Called them, said they would be at my place 10:30 the following morning. Never showed up or make a call to change schedule. Called again, left message, no return call. I moved on and called someone else with results."
