"I've used Frank's a number of times since 2008, for several service calls and one bathroom remodel project. The timeliness was lukewarm on the remodel. However they have been johnny on the spot for the service calls. My general contractor for the remodel implied that Frank's does some sort of informal triage to prioritize their crews. The end results have always been watertight."

"I called Frank's because I needed to remove a baseboard radiator. They sent a guy out right away on a Friday to look at the job to give me a price. He said it would be a simple job and he would have the office call me on Monday with a price. I never received a call, and had to call 3 times over the next week and a half just trying to get the quote, and then I was put on hold for a minute while she asked the guy so she could come back and say it will be about 400 bucks. The price was fine, just so unprofessional. Now I explained that the project had been delated 2 weeks because of this and that I need the work done as soon as possible. I was told it would be at least a week, which was next Friday. I asked if there was anything that could be done to get him here sooner and she said let me check and I will call you Monday. Of course, I received no call, so I called back on Tuesday only to be told now that he can't come Friday anymore and now it has to be next week. Unbelievable... It is really my fault as this is not the first time I have used Frank's. I should learn my lesson, except sometimes they come right out and do a good job, but then there are times like this that they don't need the work and they treat you like you are a pest and they wish you would stop bothering them. Maybe this time I will?"

"Seems like I'm not the only one getting poor customer service. They were scheduled to arrive around 3:00. At 4:15 I called the office and was told they may still be out, and that she would know for sure shortly. I said to please call me if they were not coming. Well, they were a no-show, no phone call, no apology, no follow-up call to reschedule-----complete disregard for the customer. Obviously, they don't need the business, but should at lease acquire some manners and respect for other people."
