"Please consider before bringing this establishment your valuable garments. I took my winter coat to this establishment to be dry cleaned. I received the coat as a gift a year in half ago. The brand is Canada goose- (for those who are also considering to get theirs serviced here).I wore the coat one winter. I felt the coat needed to be dry cleaned after a season of wear. Upon getting the coat back, in appearance it appeared all the dirt and grime got trapped into the seams of the coat. It just didn’t look clean. Down the entire seam of one side of the coat there were tiny holes. I know for a fact that I did not bring my almost brand new coat with holes in it! I also know that I expected the salt, and dirt from swiping against my car getting my kids in and out should have been cleaned off. Not only was the coat still dirty, but it was now damaged. It looked as if too much product, heat or pressure was applied to a certain area. After immediately bringing it to the establishments attention, the woman, behind the counter advised the owner would be in contact. I received a call from the Owner the next day (today) at 9:41am. Prompt and timely as promised. While the owner introduced his himself he immediately stated that the holes present are from the coat being “too worn”. This is simply just not the case. After going around and around with the owner who stated his name as Rob, no resolution was made. At the end of the call he finally asked what I would like be to be done. I said your receipt states that you will not be responsible for replacing the garment, however, it does state that you would cover 10x up to the amount of the service paid. He offered to pay for the single service but not honoring the 10x. I’m already out a $1600 coat- but refused to honor his own honoring system. This is not who you want to trust with your valuables. When I stated I would not recommend his business to others, and review his business he told me “ be careful” I took this as a threat. He then stated a second time to be “very careful”. I’m not sure what that meant, but to me it sounded like my safety was at risk if I spoke on how he handled this situation. For being a “third generation owner” as you stated, I expected a little more professionalism. You stated you are a 55 year old man and you know what you are doing. You didn’t clean my coat! I’ve went up there twice to never find you. Mistakes happen, but instead of taking ownership of the negligence of your employees- you blamed the customer to protect your pockets. So sad!"

"I took my daughter's Homecoming dress to One Hour Martinizing and although the dress came back looking amazing I cannot believe it cost me almost $25 to have a short simple dress dry-cleaned. I will admit it has been some years since I have needed a dry cleaning service but that's ridiculously high in my opinion"
