"My experience with West York Cleaners has been horrible. I have been taking clothes to them for about a year now and I started to notice that when I take clothes to them that have been worn only one time, with no stains, my clothes were coming back with stains. I constantly had to keep going back to ask them to re-clean clothes with unexplained stains. My whites were coming back duller than what they were when they went in. I had holes in my clothes that weren’t there before. The Son and Mother at the cleaners were very rude and arrogant when I complained to them about the level of service I was receiving despite the fact that I brought them a lot of business every month. They denied my accusations, and thought that because they gave me a refund, and told me to find another cleaners, that everything was fine. I left there feeling ripped off and not appreciated as a customer. The last straw for me was today. I received clothes back that smelled like the outdoors, from a concert that I had went to, and the cleaners basically pressed over dirty clothes and gave them back to me the next day without cleaning them. My new linen shorts, that I had worn only one time, had a new unexplained ink stain on them and was wrinkled. My shirt smelled like outdoors from when I wore it. And, I firmly believe that they are not cleaning half of the clothes that they receive which would explain the quick turn around time. Something is wrong with their machines that is causing stains to customer’s clothes. I am not the only customer that has experienced new stains on their clothes that wasn’t there when they brought them in. The cleaners will not take responsibility for this. They need to be investigated. There is no other way to explain how they are able to give a customer their clothes back in one day and they come back, not looking or smelling fresh, with new stains on them. And this is coming from someone that did a lot of business with them. Please beware !"

"I've been dealing with this cleaners for over 20 years, they had a store on the east side but shut it down. So now I have to travel to their west side store which I don't mind because my clothes have always come back clean & pressed the way I like them. It's the same person running the counter which I think is the owner & he's always very nice. I get my clothes back on time every time which I love."
