"Updated: Changed to 5 stars, The owner had a medical emergency that caused my issue, and they responded promptly. This seems like a shop that cares about their customers, just bad luck due to illness. Dropped off a suit on a Tuesday for pickup on Friday after 1, to wear to a wedding on Saturday. Their hours are that they are open until 6pm on Fridays. I arrived at 4pm and the store was closed. I returned at 10:30am on Saturday where their listed hours are 9-4, and the store again was closed. I’m going to have to buy a new suit now the day of the wedding because this place is never open during their business hours, I will definitely not return."
