"Incredibly polite as well as detailed with their cleanings. Highly recommend! I later quit this service because the first time I allowed them to come in while I was not there-the back blinds were askew and stuff was everywhere. Their deep cleaning is awesome but the maintenance visits are too expensive for what you end up getting sorry to say."

"Was disappointed how unprofessional they were! Scheduled for afternoon and showed up at my door unannounced at 9:23 stating they had two cancellations! Was my fist time using them and was surprised they showed up unannounced! Hired them for a deep cleaning in which they showed up with a large crew and cleaned for 2 hours! Was $330 without tip and they asked me to walk around and see if I was satisfied! On the surface they did an excellent job but as far as a deep cleaning they did a crappy job! Would not hire again! I ended up cleaning under the couch and several coffee tables which could be reach without moving! Very disappointing!"

Each time they have come with 3 - 4 team members and it is amazing to watch how efficient & diligent they perform all the cleaning duties. I believe we have the Green team assigned to us. Danae and Ximena take the lead and their fellow teammates all work in concert to assure we are satisfied before they leave. Having the same lead team members is great because they know our home, and know what areas we want them to pay special attention to. Working with Aaron on scheduling is also a bonus because he like the Maids cares and is committed to our complete satisfaction. Five Stars to the Maids of Birmingham."

"When I relocated from Rochester Hills to Farmington Hills I called on the Maids to take care of my new home. I’ve hired the Maids over 14 years. I’ve used cheaper companies. They are the Best, delivering a total clean without cleaning rotations. I never have to MICRO-manage the process or worry that they will skip it unless I insist. The service is consistent and superb, no matter the team. Did I say consistent? The cleaning staff is trained, they are courteous and professional and bring a kind attitude to the hard work of cleaning. The Maids meet my expectation every time and that doesn’t happen by accident. I love the 24 hour guarantee. It gives me peace of mind that if something is missed, the company will make it right. Housecleaning seems expensive but the value is evident with the Maids - It would take me 8 hours to do what they finish in time. When they are done, the job is complete, there’s no going behind them!
