"I've used Dry Green on 3 occasions. The first time I was pleased with my carpet and upholstery cleaning. So after a year, I expected the same great service. However the second cleaning left much to be desired but I chalked it up to needing new carpet. I recently utilized their home improvement/handy man services and was left with a mess and incomplete job. Paint splatter all over a window, left sawdust everywhere, cement applied very carelessly etc. After reaching out to the technician Shawn directly on multiple occasions with no response I've had to reach out to another company to have the work completed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt initially because they were a small black-owned business and I wanted to support. I also made the mistake of paying in full. I would advise you to take your business elsewhere. They don't work with integrity."
