"Honestly very disappointed with my experience at this dry cleaner. I was not asked when I would like to pick up the clothes at drop off and was treated poorly when I came to pick up the clothes and they were not ready for my flight. There was no apology that there was a mistake and that they would not have my clothes ready on time - in fact, they acted like I had inconvenienced them! They did give me a refund in cash, which is why I’ll give them 2 stars instead of one. They also apologized after I called out their horrendous behavior. (Call out: He was shaking his head repeatedly throughout the process, and I told him that I had not shown any anger or signs of being upset given that my clothes would not be ready for my trip - yet he was treating me poorly.) They need to have better customer service and ask/verify pick up times. I honestly don’t care that the clothes were ready - I was upset with how they disrespected me and treated me poorly in reaction to the mistake. Will not be returning to this dry cleaner again. I’m sure their quality is greatly, but if they don’t treat customers with respect, then I won’t trust them with caring for my clothing."

"Had my wife's suit cleaned here for the first and last time. For starters, a button was ripped off the suit jacket. Further, there were multiple snags on the jacket and skirt. The suit was brand new and had never been worn. Very disappointed in the damage done to her suit. Since this incident, the owner almost immediately reached out to me and I need to follow up with him. So, more to come. I had to upgrade this review to 5 stars. Spoke with the owner Tae and he was very apologetic and accommodating. He mentioned that customer service is first and foremost in his heart and I was so glad to hear that as it's quite rare these days. We agreed to a refund for the cleaning cost of the one suit which was damaged. Further, I'll be going back to this cleaners since the owner is committed to great customer service and stands by his work. Thank you, Tae. Truly a Touch of Class."

"Touch of Class is a family run business that does excellent work. They carefully examine clothes they clean for proper cleaning and may even indicate that they cannot clean an item due to the item fabric or materials as it may not lend itself to dry cleaning. They always have my items ready on time and in great shape. They were even able to remove an impossible stain from a vegan leather top. I would highly recommend them to anyone!"
