"Very unreliable and unresponsive to our request. We called and asked for someone to quote a facility cleaning and was told Steve would call us back. He did not so we called and left several messages. We finally called when Steve was in and set up a visit to quote the work. He never showed up or called to cancel. Several more calls were made and messages left to reschedule a visit and none were returned. If they were not able to do the work or give us a quote; at least have the courtesy to call and let us know."
