"First time using their carpet cleaning service. I had an investment property and the tenants left the carpet dirty. I asked repeatedly prior to hiring them and if they would be able to clean and they indicated they could, after cleaning still major stains left and had to replace all the carpet. I wish they would have been honest upfront. Also broke my storm door while there. However the owner did offer to fix at no charge."

I had them out to clean the carpets in my main living spaces and heavy traffic areas. I actually didn't realize how dirty my carpets were until after he got through with the hallway and I could see the difference between the bedrooms and the hallway that had been cleaned. Wow! I feel confident these carpets were cleaned well! Now that I realize how dirty they were, I'm having them back to clean the bedrooms in a couple weeks. Very happy customer over here."
