Unfortunately, they cleaned during the summer when our business was closed, neglecting the interior. Despite expressing my concern and requesting a change, they repeated this approach, expecting payment. The owner insisted our initial agreement permitted them to set the schedule, disregarding my recent request. I paid for the service but informed them we no longer wish to do business with them."

"Our gutter installer (Brian, at Rice's) recommended your company, which I now understand a franchise of a larger organization. But, I got the impression your company was local, family-owned, by the way I was treated. Our home is a 2600 sq. ft. walk-out, with a lot of windows, many feet of gutter and a lot of vinyl siding. Your crew of Mark I, Mark II and Anellise were a couple hours late, but they had the courtesy of calling. I found out why. They were hung up on a more challenging job and they called again to confirm they were on the way. The windows sparkled, the gutters were clean and even the iron stain from sprinklers was removed from the siding. They did not do indoors, but did walk around the house with me to point out a broken downspout and show me their amazing work. Yes, I will recommend to friends and YES, I will be a repeat customer."
