"DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! We had them install a simple rectangular pool cover last winter and reinstall it this winter. 5 of the anchors they installed failed and as a result, the cover tore at the adjacent anchor strap locations. We asked that a manager or supervisor come out and inspect the damage. They refused and sent a tech who indicated that he had just been sent out to take pictures. We got a call back from Phil, the owner, who told us that, based on his review of the pictures, the cover failed. When I asked him to come out and walk it down with me, he refused. When I asked him how he knew that the cover failed first, rather than the obvious sequence which was the anchors failing leading to overloading the remaining anchored straps, he simply said that he couldn't say which came first "the chicken or the egg", but that he took no responsibility either way. Complete lack of ownership. Couldn't even be bothered to come out and look at it."

"This shop use to be the best on this side of the state, about 3-4yrs ago they got bought out an service, quality of work, and customer service went down the tube. There are much better choices other than this company. A little research and you'll find the "Tru Blue Pool Pros" around this area!"

"Do not go here! The older lady is rude as hell. Tries to talk you out of buying almost anything, unless she thinks you should buy it. Just bought a small sand pump for almost $400, then found the larger one that we actually wanted online for almost the exact price. This place had them for $800-$1000."

However, today I would like to give a shout out to one of their employees that appeared to be a service tech as he drove one of the company vans. I encountered this young man's kindness and generosity at the local Wesco downtown Coloma this morning. I stopped to purchase donuts for my family and he insisted on buying them for us. I of course told him that it was not necessary and I appreciated his kindness, but he continued to insist and blessed me with a wonderful Sunday with my family. I praise your business for hiring such compassionate and caring employees. It not only reflected his generous character but the integrity of your business as he was driving a company vehicle."

"Our hot tub stopped working and the dealer we purchased it from was not responding; when they did respond, they couldnt give us a timeline for repair. We called 4 seasons and they came out that morning; they repaired it quickly for a reasonable price. We asked if they could fix the control panel and a week later (after ordering the part), fixed it without us hounding them to do so. Definitely recommend! Professional, responsive and quality work!"
