"I had them here to clean my sectional sofa. These pictures are AFTER NOT BEFORE!! They were cleaner before the young man came, especially the cording! It was if he pulled all the dissolved "oils and dirt" down to the cording and deposited it there. I'm disgusted on the way they look now. They were to come back and fix the mistake, but two days before they were to come, I called to express how upset I am and that I wanted an experienced cleaner. I don't believe the guy that came could have been very well experienced, with this kind of job done. I don't blame the young man as much as I do the owner for never teaching him to do a great job. The owner Ron didn't seem to have any empathy with me complaining about my $4500 sofa. He then said he and his employees talked it over (when!? I was probably on speaker phone and they were giving thumbs down) and that they were NOT willing to work with me any longer and my appointment was erased from their books. Very unprofessional. I must of hurt his ego. LOOK AT THE PICTURES, THEY SPEAK A THOUSAND WORDS!!!"
