"Pick up and delivery from our house is flawless. Dry cleaning and laundering is good. I do find that I need to explicit in my instructions especially if a repair is required. That said, their work has always been good (customer since 2015)."

"My husband setup an account with HIS INFORMATION. Somehow they called our home phone number that had a previous account attached to it as the home number and address are now our home number and address. I answered the phone and was spoken to like I should already know what to do since we already have an account (we don’t, we just moved here and was trying to get caught up on our laundry from the move) was told to put out our laundry on Monday in Curtis bags? We never recieved any bags so we put them out in trash bags. I had a bad feeling the entire time. They took our clothes 6 people’s clothes. 2 adults, 4 kids and school uniforms. Never returned them. We’ve called over a dozen times without a call back. They were supposed to be dropped back off yesterday upon investigation ( the guy on the phone never told me when they’d be dropped off) I had to call Michigan street to get the delivery date. I’m 95% sure they dropped the clothes off at someone else’s house probably the other person that lived here before us. I never gave them my name yet they somehow insisted it was in the system already even though I’ve never had an account with them. Easily 2000$ worth of clothes we have to replace. I’ve contacted my lawyer to figure out what to do about the situation and she’s probably going to proceed with filing a lawsuit if they don’t get back to us here shortly."

"I'm out $7 all bc the door latch fault wouldn't let me ask for a refund and with nobody attending the store I email whomever is on the note posted and I get ignored."
