"My husband dropped off his winter coat on April 9, 2023 to be dry cleaned, zipper replaced, and collar repaired. After several calls by my husband and myself with messages left with no reply by them, I went in today November 20, 2023 and there the coat was hanging nothing had been done. I should also add I have stopped by during regular business hours and doors were locked. Very poor service! I will never go to them again and advise my friends and family members not to do business with them."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Never never never bring your items here. I dropped my items off for Monday pick up after 3 as I needed them for a Tuesday event. I arrive at 4:30 and they are closed even though they are open till 5. I come back Tuesday morning twice since no one was there when it opened at 8 and findout my items were not ready. They get them done at noon so I come back for 4th time and their credit card machine is broken so they make find an atm so they can release my items from hostage as they will not take down any credit card info or let me come back to pay. Also, the owner said it wasn’t their fault and only blamed the laundry and credit machines for being broken."

"They do a good job with my dress shirts. They charge $3.00 per long sleeved dress shirts; make sure the clothing you bring equals over $10.00 (when paying with a card), if it’s under $10.00 they have to pay a fee. I’m satisfied with this place, it’s close to my home, and nice people."

"I usually do not write a review unless it is positive. In this case, I feel I need to write a review on behalf of other prospective customers that may be considering using Kentwood Cleaners. I would not recommend them. I took my beautiful North Face down coat for cleaning. The owner dry cleaned the coat and it was ruined. Finding out later from other sources, you should never dry clean down fabric. It needs to be washed in the machine. I was devastated. My coat had lost all it’s fluff from the down inside of the coat being destroyed and the elastic was gone around the waist and hand cuffs. So, the coat just hung loosely on me and looked frumpy as I’m a petite woman. Had to go out and quickly replace my winter coat with another $245 North Face down coat. So upsetting. I used to like Kentwood Cleaners but something has changed there.suddenly - NOT for the good. Oh, and my down coat had a real strong fragrant smell. Awful! I was told that meant the dry cleaning chemical was still on the coat. It was obviously just a fast job to get it done and not right! I will not be a returning customer at Kentwood cleaners."
