"He came to clean the carpets and then I saw him loading up. Initially when he arrived I told him that when he got done with the 1st half of my living room done to let me know and I would help him move the other couch out because I wanted it done behind there too. He wasn't too happy but brought the equipment back in to do that. After he left I noticed a couple stains he wasn't able to get out, I got my zep and sprayed it on and instantly the stains came out. In his defense maybe he was having a bad day or possibly had a hearing problem, but the rest of the carpet looked great!"
