"I was under contract to sell my house, and during the home inspection process the inspector found mold had developed in the attic from the bathroom exhaust vents not being properly vented out of the attic. I called Shoreline and they quickly responded, sending someone out the next day to review the job and provide a quote. They were able to work me into the schedule so that nothing was delayed in the selling process! It was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a construction company! I was out of town, luckily they have a great software that I could review the quote, sign, and pay them all from my phone. They will always be the first ones I call in the future! "In September 2019 I purchased a home in Fruitport , 41 days after the purchase , a tree crashed through my roof into my home causing massive damage . I called a local company to do an emergency roof repair , and that company gave Shoreline Restoration my name , Kyle called and within a couple hours was at my home assessing the damage . Having never filed an insurance claim nor dealt with home damage , Kyle walked me through every step , answering my million questions with the patience of a saint . From start to finish Kyle and his entire team took care of everything , from dealing with my homeowners insurance , to notifying my mortgage company , to even letting my dog out while they were working at my home .
