"Put my clothes in waited to see if the water turned on and it started running did this with all 3 washers went next door came back and 2 of the washer and some point stopped working i watched the time count down from 8 mintues without the drum moving or any water. Needless to say had to waste more money to wash my clothes again cake out soaked and couldnt even get ahold of anybody to inform them or the washers being broke or getting refund"
"Machines regularly break down. Owner generally blames customer then leaves without offering refunds. Employees regularly complain about being underpaid and expected to do maintenance they've never been trained for."
