It was intense, but he was willing to see if it was possible to save the rug. I really didn't believe there was any hope, but I was so impressed with his positive attitude and his taking the time to walk me through the cleaning process he would use. It took three times through that process, but he didn't give up and the end result was excellent! I was amazed that he was able to work his cleaning magic and return a really nice rug to me, totally free of any issues. Many, many thanks to Scott.
