"I dropped my wedding ring off on July 3, 2019. Was told it would take a week to ten days to get it back. All I wanted was to get the three pieces sodered together. 6 was later I went to pick it up and it was sodered backwards. waited another 5 weeks, picked it up told the owner I really didn't feel comfortable paying him the full price because not only did they not comply with the time frame but they screwed up my ring. I just took it back, it's still not right. he threatened me over 5 dollars. I just want to let ppl know how he runs his business when he screws up because he blames his customers and actually thinks he's owed."
