"When I first signed up for this service they were very well on sending my monthly bill in the mail for the first year an half and out of no where they stopped sending me my monthly billing and my fiancé and I have been trying to reach out to the company because it’s BEEN 4-6 MONTHS since they have emptied the trash bin we’ve left probably over 30-50 voicemails trying to pay our bill and have our bin get emptied and they have not respond to any of our calls nor have they called back. And every time I would go to their office they’re close on open hours. Not happy with this company."
"Do not sign up for trash service, they do not pick up your trash on scheduled weekday, do not answer their phone or return phone calls, they don't even own a garbage truck. Total joke"
"I understand it's easier for them to pick up trash in bags, but some things like large boxes don't fit in bags. To pick through the trash and leave what you can out of spite constantly, without any communication, is just poor business. I am now forced recommend seeking local alternatives."
