"Absolutely BLOWN away. My husband dropped off his tuxedo and dress shirt to Master Dry Cleaners on a Tuesday and I left for a trip that same day. We needed it by Saturday at the latest for Gladhander. Long story short he forgot about it come Friday evening I reminded him he needed it and it turned out the dry-cleaner was closed until Monday. I called the dry-cleaners and left a message to see if there was anything we could do to get it back before the next evening when our event was! It was around 7/8pm on a Friday night, I felt so bad, and I received a call back within 10 minutes. Pam (I believe is the owners name) was so kind and said her husband could meet my husband that evening to get him his tuxedo and shirt which was finished! All in all, we LOVE bringing our dry-cleaning to this location! They blow us away with their quality and also customer service (: thank you again!!!!!"
"They were extremely rude during pick up around 12:45pm 11/6/2020, the woman at the window ignored my request for her to put on a mask and proceeded to retrieve my marching uniform. I will say I asked her politely and she turned her back to me and once she gave me my uniform she yet again turned her back to me in a rude manner. Yes I am a liberal but I am also immune compromised, she could have easily just put me at risk."
"I've been dropping off my shirts and pants at Master Dry Cleaners weekly for 3+ years. They do an amazing job. The price is more than fair. I do not need to think twice that my clothing is cleaned properly. I also take them my coats when needed. Prompt service. They take care of me and I thoroughly appreciate that."
