"Quality installed our original furnace 18 years ago in the northwoods. I have had many conversations with them over the years as they have come in to maintain the unit. I have been consistently and professionally coached on how to correctly utilize the heater and service has always been efficient and professional. Our furnace finally failed this winter, and we were fortunate to arrive before any damage occurred (a vacation home). I got on the phone with Quality and the very nice lady who answered was extremely helpful and informative. A tech responded immediately and got the furnace running until a new unit could be installed a couple days later. Pricing was extremely fair and not unexpectedly we were offered a new furnace install-a repair would not be cost effective. We were offered several different carrier units at different price points, and the options for our situation were well explained. A week later we were all set with a new furnace with a wifi thermostat-which we monitor remotely. The install went very smoothly and the techs were great about explaining the new setup. Pricing was extremely fair and up front. The original emergency service call was well managed and I felt we were safely taken care of.
