The lady on the phone was very helpful. A couple days later they were at my house vacuuming my tank. The driver Mark or maybe Matt was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. He had a very good sense of humor even during the extreme heat and worked very hard digging up the lid for my tank. He recommended to add extensions to make the next service easier.
