This company is certified and insured, they are educated specifically in this field, this is not just another Jack of all trades. You will be provided paperwork that is recognized by insurance companies as record of your maintenance which is important should there ever be any issues. From the first phone call to the last moment Rob was in our home, we felt our home and time were treated with respect. This otherwise messy process was anything but. All debris was contained, and disposed off, Rob wore protective shoe covers upon entering the house, spread drop clothes and vacuumed everything spotlessly. The use of a camera gave visual confirmation that the all internal parts of the chimney were intact, functioning properly, and swept to his satisfaction. Very marginally more in cost, in choosing a sweep you get what you pay for. This is not the place to cut corners. Few others out there are this thorough. Northern Lights is certified and properly insured not just to do this work but in the event you actually experience a fire.
