"Why I needed a roofer: I noticed a crack in my plaster ceiling. My roof is now 20 years old. How I found Paramount: A co-worker told me that Paramount did his roof very professionally in two days. His neighbor had used Paramount and had a great experience. Paramount sent out Dan, the repair technician. Dan arrived 5 minutes early (love it), went into my scary attic, and on my roof. Yes, I had a leak. He told me that he found an issue with how the shingles had been installed in a small area and he could fix it THEN. He charged me the minimum service call charge. He said that my roof was in good shape and I had a few years left. Dan spoke to me very professionally, showing me pictures on his camera, and explaining everything. Dan said I could have Paramount come out annually to do a free inspection. I sure will!"

From the first contact with Marlena to meeting Eric and discussing the project, to picking colors and finalizing the contract this was the most professional, thorough, thoughtful and fun execution of a project we have ever done.
