"I am very disappointed in my first and last experience with Cosmopolitan Travel. I paid for a trip to Ireland which did not include travel. I paid for my airfare nearly a year out and got a really good price. Then four months prior to departure, I'm told my scheduled tour was merged with another earlier scheduled tour and that I would have to rebook my airfare. Well due to current world events, and rising fuel prices, my new tickets were going to cost me an additional $1000+. Thankfully I purchased insurance for both my tour and my air travel separately, and have filed for my refund."
