"First off as for the tours and trip it's self LOVE Love love..... BUT the bus we are on has no AC aquate to keep back HALF of bus cool. So while on bus it's been 90 degrees outside + full bus ( people being 98 degrees) it's been a very HOT UNCOMFORTABLE time spent on bus. (7 days). And it's an un written rule the seat you start out on is the one you use whole trip. People are complain in front of bus it's cold, we're sweating to death, but no one's willing to switch. BUT AGAIN tour and trip 5+ stars. But ask what type of bus your getting. Also ask if you get reclining seats, because yet again my bus seats do not. I hate to give bad reviews but PLEASE retire this bus... We people should be cool even in the back of bus...."
"Nice bus. Good group. Tour guide marty not very accomadating and frankly was rude on occasion. I understand we had schedules but he was not flexible at all. He also rushed some gentlemen whom had a difficult time manuevering the environment and was very condescending. Even worse after bringing these concerns to the owner she never even responded. Very poor customer service.wont be back. The two stars go to victoria i believe her name was who was our guide when we reached our destination. I would give all 5 stars to her if i could..."
