"An all inclusive trip was booked for me and my family to Branson Missouri in March 2021. The trip was paid for in full, before we went on vacation. Several weeks after we arrived home, a charge for $280.90 was charged to my credit card for a resort fee which was never told to us up front. The charge came from the hotel we stayed at. Ron was contacted and stated he was unaware of the fee for the trip, which was paid for in full through his agency. Will not use this travel agency again and advise nobody else to unless you like unexpected charges."
