"Slow to respond. Basically told me my budget of 6-7000.00 was unworkable. Quoted me 2000.00 for flights when simple web search showed flights as low as 800.00 round trip. Claimed hotels were booked so had to allot 400.00 per night for hotels when easy web search showed 70.00 a night at holiday inn express. Didn’t listen to my statement that I didn’t care about fancy hotels and wanted. To travel on a budget. Felt like since she focuses on luxury tours she wasn’t interested in my trip."

She was just in New York on a trip she took the time to get me booked for our next trip, on the weekend after normal business hours. Try that with your 9 to 5 travel agents.
