Our newest attraction, Michigan's Dragon at Hardy Dam, is a 40 -mile natural surface trail that promises to be a premier adventure sports destination in West Michigan. With access to 17 miles of open waterway at the Hardy Dam Marina, visitors can enjoy miles of undeveloped shoreline and scenic views.

"Great spot for sledding also the trail overlooking the pond is a great sight."
"A bounty of great information self-service outside or personal service inside. There are benches wirh scenic overviews, an unsupervised sledding hill, fire rings for winter days or evenings around back, a small bandshell for performances and an entry point to the North Country Trail. Day hike parking all operated by Newaygo County Parks Association."
"Things to do for Everyone! Awesome Sledding Hill. Fire pits to stay warm. Lodge available to reserve. Even a stage outdoors. My favorite part is the North Country Trail. The trail goes all the way through Michigan!!"
"Great for tourist info!! Nice place for a short hike in the summer. In the winter it would be fine for sledding. Long walk back up though. Recommended"
"Connie is an excellent help! I wanted to park on National Forest Land and van camp but I am a bit map illiterate so she took the time to help me understand where I was vs where I needed to be even though it was closing time."
