Informing us the things we needed to do before traveling, that we would have not known. To being on the phone with us and looking at options when our flights were delayed and it looked like we may not make our connecting flight to New Zealand. Thankfully, we just made it in time. But I don't know that we would have without her leading us and letting me know how the terminals were laid out at the airport. She sent a text almost instantly each time we landed and checked in on us.
