"DO NOT USE!!!! My vehicle had been at the dealership over 30 days when I contacted them. Which in GA is an automatic lemon. Long story short, they submitted a final repair attempt instead of a repurchase or replace letter. Not only that, they didn’t even put the correct name throughout the letter they did submitted. So now my current attorney has to refile paperwork and the process is gonna take even longer. They are copy and paste lawyers and you never get to speak with the actual attorney. It’s always their “secretary”."

"Do not recommend, little to no communication with there customers. When they did communicate a lot of it wasn’t what I told them I wanted when I first called, also didn’t ever speak to the person I spoke to the first time… Ada very rude when I told her I wanted to pull out but it would of cost 1500 so I just waited it out. All communication is done via email also (I didn’t like that). I highly recommend not going here and making a stressful situation more stressful"

"You’re better off doing it yourself. The attitude and lack of communication from them, especially Ada is just ridiculous. I felt as though I was a bother. I fee they did the bare minimum as well. It was almost as if they were working with Kia, against me!! The entire thing was sketchy and made no sense."

"No if your case is straight forward do it yourself. This is a law firm thats gives you a case worker to be the middle man. They only pass the emails and info from car company to you. They dont really fight for you."

"I am very nervous saying anything critical of a lawyer. Questions to ask before hiring a Lemon Law lawyer. 1. Are lemon law cases this person's main area of business? Does more than 50% of their time go towards lemon law work? This business may be, but this lawyer is not. 2. Who will be doing the majority of the work on my case? Is this person even in this State? 3. What percentage of your lemon law clients get their car successfully repurchased by the manufacturer? This business is based in Florida. All work is done by office staff in Florida. Their work only consists of taking your work orders, sending it to the manufacturer. Passing the settlement offers from the manufacturer back to you. Their goal is a quick settlement, pre-trial, where they get a sizable chunk of cash for minimal effort. Any cash settlement is your money, that they are taking a cut from. Edit: Your Florida location and Michigan location are separate businesses. I have had interaction with staff at both businesses and therefore my comments for each location comply with Google's terms and conditions. The Bandwagon Fallacy is common among advertisers."
