"Holding people of color checks for 21 days. When it's cleared the employers account. Because of the amount they considered it suspicious. They didn't even do 5 day release my son now has a late fee on rent and can't go to school without the payment they holding that's been cleared. What was suspicious the person of color or the account it was drawn on."
"Was told that I was unable to cash a check and that it had to be deposited the next day. The next day comes and there's a 2 week hold on my funds. I know that the tellers cannot know whether that would happen but if given the correct and full information on the chances of there being a hold on my first deposit, I would not have taken the chance and cashed it somewhere else. If I were to guarantee something at my job and we couldn't make good on my promise, I would not only lose my job but I would lose my license. Shame on the tellers and shame on management for not training them properly. Best belive I would never even spit in the direction of this bank ever again. You are better of doing your business with this bank at the other 28th st location."
"Tellers are super rude at this location. I needed help with a personal banker and the teller was very short with me. I had no idea who I was supposed to speak to so I figured I would ask a teller where to go. I told them what I was there for, she made me repeat myself twice. After the second time she rolled her eyes and that I shouldn’t have waited in line for that. She said I should have just sat down in the lobby and waited for someone to come out and help me and to not ask the tellers for help. I understand the information she gave to me, but the way she delivered said information was unprofessional. It was a nasty tone like I had somehow wasted her time, when really no one else was in the bank or the drive thru and I simply needed some direction as to where to go. There’s no signs that say “please sit here if you need assistance DON’T BOTHER THE TELLERS”. The personal banker was the saving grace in this situation. Kim was very professional and helpful."
